Meet Ms Agnes Kusema-Jones, Principal Lawyer at International
Visas
I am a Zimbabwean immigration lawyer with nearly 29 years of post
qualification experience, and I built International Visas on a simple
conviction: people making the biggest decision of their lives deserve
honest, qualified advice from a lawyer who answers to them — not a
sales pitch from an agent who answers to targets.
I studied Law and Business at Oxford Brookes University in the UK and
Westfield College, University of London. In almost three decades of
Westfield College, University of London. In almost three decades of
practice I have guided Zimbabweans and Southern Africans through the
immigration systems of the UK, Australia, Canada, the United States,
New Zealand, Ireland and the Gulf — as workers, students, spouses,
parents and investors — through every major policy reform those
systems have seen.
I founded International Visas nearly 10 years ago, and it runs today on
the same promise it opened with: when you instruct this firm, you deal
with me. I take your consultation, I assess your case, I review and
approve every document before it goes anywhere, and I tell you the truth
about your prospects — including when the honest answer is “not yet”,
and exactly what to do about it. You are never passed to a paralegal or
